A Kaizen Blitz (aKB) are a three piece band based in Barrow in Furness, . They play their own style of fast paced high energy music with strong Ska and Punk influences.

Band Members Jono – Guitar and Vocals Once upon a time Jono used to have a real name but seeing as no-one uses it anymore he’s given up responding to it. In addition to being the main vocalist and guitar player, Jono is also the principle song writer of the group.

Anthony “Staggy” Stagg – Drums and Vocals Staggy brings an air of calm and stability to the group.... until he sits down behind a drum kit. Like a high performance engine he drags the band though each tune by the scruffs of their necks. And he sings backing too...

James \\\"Sloany\\\" Sloan - Bass Guitar and hip shaking James is the baby of the band and makes up for the advancing years of the others. Dont let his cutesy boyish good looks fool you, underneath he\\\'s a rampant bass playing animal with all the suspects tastes they all come with. James\\\'s never happier than when swingin his hips up on stage and self harmonising some funky bass riffs.

Clive - Guitars Clive is the guitar weilding lead guitarist of the group with the biggest swinging.... axe on the block. An ardant fan of the original Punk movement (and the jacket patches to show it), Clive brings a big slug of old school punk to the band.
