Biography

Forming from the ashes of local legends Corruption and northern heavyweights The Scholar, and bringing a few new friends along the way, Horizons bring a totally unique sound to their local area. Combining harsh vocals, progressive riffs and intense melodic sections to create their own blend of Melodic Hardcore, and along with their energetic live shows, they pride themselves on leaving their own personal stamp in every venue they play.

After relentless gigging all throughout 2011 up and down the country, and after being given support slots for bands such as Heart In Hand, More Than Life, Break even, Letlive, Silent Screams & Tides Of Virtue, it is safe to say that this band has a lot to give and much more ahead of them. Hard work and dedication finally paid off for them in 2011 and they were signed to the label Monarch Records and the lads plan to record their debut album for release in early 2012! Check these guys out at gig in venues near you!
