Never The Last Breath formed in early 2009 bringing together a range of styles and influences, with the intention of writing music that would appeal to every audience.The main influences of the band range dramatically - from The Beatles, Emilie Autumn and U2 right through to SlipKnoT, KoRn and Iwrestledabearonce.
The first gig was very successful, leading to offers for additional gigs. Shortly after, NTLB entered the studio to record their demo: Out of Date Already, selling out of the first run in just over a week. NTLB spent the first three months of 2010 writing new material, gigging solidly and gaining fans and excellent live reviews.
NTLB headlined the Victoria Inn in Derby for the first time in April 2010, returning to headline again in July 2010 raising the roof with the debut of the new material.
Late 2010 saw NTLB enter the studio for the second time to record their debut album: The Price of Diversity; which was released worldwide on April 2nd 2011 via SNTE Records, Plastichead and Prosonic distribution. The album launch on April 2nd was a huge success, selling out The Old Bell in Derby, with the album comfortably selling itself. The album has won some fantastic reviews from all over the media, with an average review score of over 8. Everybody is of the same opinion: the time is now.
NTLB have a strong finish to the year lined up, with gigs at the O2 Academy in Birmingham and the Slade Rooms in Wolverhampton. They have also accrued a massive 6000 hits of their first video “Fading Out” in a mere 4 days! The band is continually writing new material, and the demand for more recordings and a new release is quickly gaining momentum. 2011 has been fantastic for NTLB, their attention is now turned to bettering it next year.
